Appetizers

*Fig & Brie Flatbread with Thyme, Caramelized Onions, and BalsamicSweet fig jam goes perfectly with gooey melted Brie. A touch of balsamic added to the caramelized onions balances out the sweetness with a pop of acidity.

 *Crab Cake topped with a grilled shrimp on a bed of Slaw topped with Remoulade sauceA grilled Argentine red shrimp and remoulade sauce all atop a bed of fresh slaw.

 

Mains

*The Brutus Salad- With apple slices, romaine lettuce, Cheddar cheese, fresh herbs, toasted pecans, and Dijon vinaigrette, it’s amazing topped with grilled chicken or grilled salmon

*Cashew Crusted Salmon- Simple, elegant, and healthy salmon with a crunchy coating. Served with roasted mixed vegetables, and either rice or potatoes.

                                                                       

*Chateau Steak – A juicy and delicious cut of beef  straight from the tenderloin in a red wine reduction that creates a melt in your mouth combination.  Served with roasted mixed vegetables and  mashed potatoes.

 

Desserts

*Sopapilla Cheesecake-Served with whipped cream.

*Salted Caramel Brownies with Chocolate Ganache- Served with whipped cream and a scoop of ice cream.

*Bread pudding-flavor varies week to week.  Served with whipped cream.
