Appetizers

*Fig & Brie Flatbread with Thyme andCaramelized Onions . – Sweet fig jam goes perfectly with gooey, melted Brie. A touch of balsamic added to the caramelized onions balances out the sweetness with a pop of acidity.

*Crab Cake topped with a grilled Argentine Red shrimp and Remoulade sauce  –An amazing addition to an already fabulous dish, a crab cake, a grilled Argentine red shrimp and remoulade sauce all atop a bed of fresh slaw.

*Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta-  Fresh and delicious balsamic coated strawberries atop tangy goat cheese on charred bread.

 

Mains

 

 *Pecan-Crusted Salmon with Sautéed Greens & Roasted PotatoesSimple, elegant and healthy salmon with a crunchy coating on a bed of sautéed greens with herb roasted potatoes in virgin pressed olive oil.

*Shrimp and Grits – soul food extraordinaire.  We add a touch of kielbasa that sets the flavors in motion.                                                                   

 *Pork Loin with Apricot Chutney –Tender, succulent Pork Loin with apricot chutney and mixed salad greens drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.

*Chicken Vermouth- Chicken breast coated in cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg with a creamy vermouth sauce on a bed of rice.

* Beef Medallions in rich red wine sauce – served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Desserts

 

*Lemon Ricotta Almond Cake –the richness of almonds, the sweetness of ricotta, and the zing of lemon.  No flour is used making it healthier and gluten-free. 

*Cookie Butter Pie- Just really good!                                                                                                              

*Chocolate Flourless Waffle –with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream drizzled with caramel  and chocolate sauce.
