Appetizers

*Fig & Brie Flatbread with Thyme andCaramelized Onions . – Sweet fig jam goes perfectly with gooey, melted Brie. A touch of balsamic added to the caramelized onions balances out the sweetness with a pop of acidity.

*Crab Cake topped with a grilled Argentine Red shrimp and Remoulade sauce  –An amazing addition to an already fabulous dish, a crab cake, a grilled Argentine red shrimp and remoulade sauce all atop a bed of fresh slaw.

 

Mains

*Cashew Crusted Salmon- Simple, elegant, and healthy salmon with a crunchy coating. Served with mixed vegetables and rice.  

*Grilled Chicken Breast- Tender chicken breast marinated in olive oil and rosemary. Served with rice.                             

*Beef Medallions with Red Wine Reduction- 2nd only to the  Tenderloin this juicy and delicious cut of beef is flavorful and served with mashed potatoes.

*Pork Tenderloin marinated in a delicious sauce with mashed potatoes

 

                                 

Desserts

 

*Lemon Ricotta Almond Cake –the richness of almonds, the sweetness of ricotta, and the zing of lemon.  No flour is used making it healthier and gluten-free. 

 *Chocolate Flourless Waffle –with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream drizzled with caramel  and chocolate sauce.

*Sopapilla Cheesecake  – Served with a whip cream topping.

*Peach Cobbler-  Served with whip cream. (Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream-$1.00)
